Title: Back to Nature: Birds and Butterflies
Date: Thursday, June 8, 2017 11:00-12:30 PM
Cost: $10/person
Designed For: Preschool age 4-5
Details: Students will learn about the birds and butterflies around us and the important role they have. Students will play a game, decorate a birdhouse, and make a butterfly craft to take home. Students should bring a sack lunch to enjoy picnic style by our butterfly garden.

Title: Twist and Shout!
Date: Thursday, June 29, 2017 10:00-11:30am
Cost: $10/person
Designed For: Ages 5-8
Details: The Union Middle School Dance Team members will give an overview of the dance team and then teach popular dances from the 1960’s. The fun lessons will include The Mashed Potato, The Swim, The Twist, The Watusi, and the Shake! These are simple and entertaining dances anyone can learn. This energizing experience is an educational dance party! A snack will be provided.

Title: Imagine This!
Date: Thursday, July 13, 2017 10:11:30am
Cost: $10/person
Designed For: Kindergarten-Third grade
Details: Students will learn a few basic painting techniques and then will use their imaginations to create their own masterpieces to take home. Paints will be washable, but students should dress appropriately. A snack will be provided.

Title: Macramé 101
Date: Thursday, July 20, 2017 10:00-11:30AM
Cost: $10/person
Designed For: 5th-8th grade
Details: Students will take a trip back to the 1960’s and learn the art of macramé. Each student will learn how to make a macramé bracelet. All materials will be provided. A snack will be provided.

Title: Tie Dyed Family Fun

Cost: FREE
Designed For: Preschool-5th grade
Details: This is our annual family fun event. Take a step back into the sixties and join the era of tie dye. Students (and adults) should each bring a pre-washed white cotton tee shirt to tie dye.
